Register to play
Coming along and joining in a tabletop roleplaying game is what Go Play is all about. If you're keen to be a player, you can register to play by signing up for one or as many games as you can fit into the weekend.
With so many games on offer at Go Play, we recommend you register to make sure you get to play the games you want on the day.

Your step-by-step guide to registering at Aftergame
This year you'll be using Aftergame to register to play. Here are the steps you'll need to follow.
- Click the big red "Register now" button above and it will take you to our Go Play 2025 event page at Aftergame.
- In order to join a game, you will need to start by signing in to Aftergame. Click the big blue "Sign In" button (top left of the page) and go through the steps to make a free account – or simply sign in if you already have an Aftergame account.
- Then, either search for "Go Play Brisbane 2025" to find our event page, or come back to this page and click here.
- Choosing a game is as simple as scrolling through the list until you find the game you want to join. Then click on that game so that the game details open, and if there's an "open seat", you can click on the big blue "Claim Seat" buttom in that game.
- Aftergame makes this process simple for you. It will ask you to "select an option" of how well you know the rules of the game (it's fine if you haven't played before and need to learn the rules). Then you simply complete the process by again clicking a big blue button bottom right of the window "Claim 1 seat". And you're done.
You can register for more than one game if you like, please just make sure if you are choosing to attend multiple games that they are on at different times and/or different days.
If you have any trouble with joining a game and need our help, please get in touch.
